Vacation Club Our newly formed “Vacation Club” serves a different kind of need: Peace of Mind for you, the caregiver, the keeper of the flame, the unwavering spouse, son, daughter, friend who is always there for their loved one. Payment of Services There is an initial mini-assessment fee of $100 per person when the member joins Southwest Solutions Vacation Club. This fee pays for the initial meeting between the care coordinator and the individual member, the collection of the copies of documents (Powers of Attorney, Living Will, Emergency Contacts, the Facility emergency packet, etc.) and a subsequent plan of care for “caregiver vacation or absence” needs of the member. The semi-annual update of membership information is $50 per person. |
